This Site has several functions. As Any Internet site, it is a means to communicate with interested colleagues and people all over the world. It is also function as a developing manual for the KYCC Project. It is being used locally as a resource place, as a place where we store essential experience and opinions.

This means that the members of KYCC use the site more and more on the internal network of computers. We also share this manual on CD-ROM with other projects in Cambodia with whom we have contacts, and who are not connected to the Internet. Of course we update these sites with our colleagues as often as possible; we make CD-ROMs back-ups of our site anyway.

The Links pages on this site therefore serve not only for international readers as a relation to related internet resources. They are also a support for those members that wish to explore the Internet. If they want, they can use the links on these pages as starters for further searching. Many times the sites that we link to from here have their own links, etc.

We also refer to literature: specific articles that are available on-line. We would   like, in the future to ask many of the authors of these articles if we may copy these articles on our local site, so that they can also be available to the projects that use our CD-ROM. Obviously, for Copyright reasons, we must be very careful with that,  however.
